Operator: Crecimiento
1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms"), together with any additional documents referenced herein, including without limitation the Privacy Policy and any other policies made available through the Platform, govern the access, registration, navigation, and use of the Digital Platform available at https://app.crecimiento.build (the "Platform") operated by the Crecimiento team ("Crecimiento"), by you (the "User" or "you").
The Platform is a membership platform for the entrepreneurship ecosystem in Argentina, providing a member directory, coworking hub access, pop-up city events, community events, and on-chain identity via ENS subnames.
Accessing, registering with, browsing, or using the Platform in any of its functionalities constitutes acceptance of these Terms, which form a legally binding agreement between the User and Crecimiento. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must refrain from accessing or using the Platform.
Your acceptance is recorded at the time of account creation, along with the version of these Terms you accepted, your IP address, and browser information, for record-keeping purposes.
2. Description of Service
Crecimiento is a membership platform for the entrepreneurship ecosystem in Argentina. The Platform provides:
- A member directory of approved members (the "Citizens" and "Champions")
- Coworking hub access — day passes and subscriptions for Champions, paid via credit card (Stripe) or cryptocurrency (USDC on Ethereum)
- Pop-up cities — multi-week community events with attendance tracking
- Community events — integrated with Luma for event listings and registration
- On-chain identity —
username.crecimiento.ethENS subname minted as a non-transferable (soulbound) NFT on the Ethereum blockchain - A Passport NFT — a visual membership card with public metadata
- A programs directory — listings of startups, hackathons, and community programs
3. Eligibility
You must be at least eighteen (18) years old to use the Platform. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.
4. Account Registration
4.1 Creating an account
You may create an account using your email address. Authentication is via secure email verification. You must provide accurate information and keep it current.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
4.2 One account per person
Each person may hold only one account. Duplicate or fraudulent accounts may be terminated without notice.
5. Membership Tiers
The Platform operates a three-tier membership system:
5.1 Tourist (free)
Created automatically upon signup. Provides a basic profile. Tourist profiles are not listed in the member directory.
5.2 Citizen (free, application required)
Requires completing your profile and submitting an application reviewed by the Crecimiento team. Citizens gain access to the member directory, pop-up city events, community event registration, and the ability to claim an ENS subname.
Alternatively, the Crecimiento team may pre-approve certain email addresses, granting Citizen status automatically upon signup.
5.3 Champion (application required, optional paid features)
Requires Citizen status and a separate Champion application. Champions gain all Citizen benefits plus the ability to purchase coworking hub access (day passes and subscriptions).
5.4 Tier decisions
Tier applications are reviewed at the sole discretion of the Crecimiento team. Approval is not guaranteed.
6. On-Chain Identity — ENS Subnames
6.1 Claiming a subname
Citizens and Champions may claim a unique ENS subname in the format username.crecimiento.eth. This involves:
- Choosing a username (subject to format and availability requirements)
- Connecting an Ethereum wallet address
- A non-transferable (soulbound) NFT being minted on the Ethereum blockchain
6.2 Permanence and irrevocability
WARNING: READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY BEFORE CLAIMING AN ENS SUBNAME.
By claiming an ENS subname, you acknowledge and accept that:
- Your username and wallet address will be permanently recorded on the public Ethereum blockchain
- This data is publicly visible to anyone via blockchain explorers and ENS resolution
- This data cannot be modified, hidden, or deleted — not by you, not by Crecimiento, not by any third party
- The NFT is soulbound (non-transferable) — it cannot be sold, traded, or moved to another wallet
- Even if you delete your Platform account, the on-chain record persists indefinitely
6.3 Username and wallet immutability
Once claimed, your username cannot be changed. Your wallet address, once associated, cannot be changed. Choose carefully.
6.4 NFT metadata
The NFT's metadata (display name, tier, city, member ID, profile image) is served dynamically by the Platform. If your account is deleted, the metadata endpoint will stop serving data, but the on-chain ownership record persists.
7. Coworking Hub Access (Champions Only)
7.1 Plans and pricing
Champions may purchase hub access through the following options:
- Free tier — basic Champion membership with no hub access
- 4 days/month — monthly or annual billing
- 8 days/month — monthly or annual billing
- Everyday — monthly or annual billing
Prices are as listed on the Platform at the time of purchase.
7.2 Payment methods
- Credit/debit card — processed via Stripe. Card details are collected directly by Stripe on their hosted checkout page. The Platform never sees or stores card numbers.
- Cryptocurrency — USDC on Ethereum, processed via Thirdweb.
7.3 Day passes
Champions may purchase individual day passes for specific weekday dates.
7.4 Subscriptions
Subscriptions renew automatically according to the selected billing cycle (monthly or annual) unless cancelled. You may manage your subscription via the Stripe customer portal accessible from the Platform.
7.5 Terms of Coworking Hub Access
Special Terms apply to the Coworking Hub Access, that are displayed at the time of purchase.
8. Pop-Up Cities
8.1 Attendance
Citizens and Champions may RSVP to pop-up city events. Confirmation of attendance does not guarantee access — capacity and logistics may apply.
8.2 Premium Pass (Champions only)
Champions who confirm attendance may opt for a Premium Pass, granting access to IRSA Workplace amenities (coworking facilities within the pop-up city venue). The Premium Pass requires providing:
- Full legal name
- DNI (government-issued ID number)
This information is shared with IRSA Workplace (the building operator) solely for the purpose of granting physical building access. By opting for a Premium Pass, you accept the workspace terms & conditions displayed during the confirmation flow and available at /terms/workplace.
Champions are not required to choose a Premium Pass — a Standard Pass (no additional data required) is always available.
8.3 Data sharing with IRSA Workplace
Only your full legal name and government-issued ID number are shared with IRSA Workplace. No other personal data (email, wallet address, profile information, payment data) is shared. IRSA Workplace's handling of this data is governed by their own policies.
9. Community Events
Community events are managed through Luma. When you register for an event, your email address is sent to Luma to process the invitation. Your use of Luma is subject to Luma's own terms of service and privacy policy.
10. User Content
10.1 Profile information
You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of all information in your profile, including your biography, social links, and profile picture.
10.2 Profile visibility
- Tourist profiles are not listed in the directory
- Citizen and Champion profiles are visible to all authenticated (logged-in) users in the member directory
- Passport NFT metadata (display name, tier, city, member ID, profile image) is publicly accessible without authentication, as required by the ERC-721 NFT standard
10.3 Profile pictures
Uploaded profile pictures are stored in publicly accessible cloud storage. Once uploaded, the image URL is accessible to anyone with the direct link.
